"The Positive List System is a system strictly regulating the levels of agricultural chemicals, antibiotics and synthetic antibacterial drugs remaining in food. Farm crops, stock farm products, processed foodstuffs, etc. are subject to this regulation and the distribution of food in which residual agricultural chemicals are detected in excess of the level determined in the list is prohibited.
